* Total Program payment ultimately may
vary by student, depending on whether the student completes
earlier or later (not to exceed 150%) than the scheduled
program length and
whether the student swaps Day and Night Status during
semester contract renewals.
^ A semester is six (6) months.
Payment Options
The financial period of obligation for all
students is six (6) months, or one semester.
At the time of initial enrollment into the Program
and at six month intervals thereafter, students declare or
re-declare their Day or Night Status and select or re-select
a specific payment plan.
Important:
Day or Night Status updates are allowed only at the
six month interval.
Once a student has renewed a contract as one or the
other, that student is financially obligated to pay and
attend as that status.
Students may select one of the following
payment plans:
-
Monthly
– Student pays monthly via
automatic debit from bank account or credit card.
A $15.00 processing fee is added to the base
tuition rate for this service.

(NSFs) will be assessed a $20.00 fee.
-
Semester
– Student pays for the entire six month semester at the
base tuition rate.
Payment is due no later than the first scheduled
class day of the semester.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Prior to the
Start of Class or No-Show
If a student withdraws prior to entering
the Court Reporting Program or never attends class (no-
show), CRIKC shall refund 100% of the tuition but retain the
initial, non-refundable enrollment fee.
First Week of the
Semester
If a student withdraws during the first
week after entering the Court Reporting Program, CRIKC shall
retain 10% of the tuition and the non-refundable enrollment
fee. When
determining the number of weeks completed by the student,
the institution will consider a partial week the same as if
a whole week were completed, provided the student was
present at least one day during the scheduled week.
After the First Week and through Fifty Percent (50%) of the Semester
If a student
withdraws after the first week and through fifty percent
(50%) of the period of financial obligation, tuition charges
retained will not exceed a pro rata portion of tuition for
the training period completed, plus ten percent (10%) of the
unearned tuition for the period of training that was not
completed. CRIKC
shall retain the non-refundable enrollment fee.
After Fifty Percent (50%) of the Semester
If a student withdraws after fifty percent
(50%) of the period of financial obligation is completed,
CRIKC shall retain the full tuition, including the
non-refundable enrollment fee.
A semester is defined
by a student’s start date plus six months and is renewed
every six months until completion of the Program.
If
a student is receiving financial aid, with an enrollment
period that extends beyond six months, the refund will be
calculated in six month increments from student start date.
